I simply love to paint! I often think about “why” I paint and then I just end up painting more and more. Painting gives me great self-satisfaction and it is always exciting to me when a new painting is completed.
For me, it is important that there is a story behind each painting. Why did I paint this painting? What does the painting represent? I believe that we all have a story to tell. We must know that our life matters! My paintings have become “my story”!
I am an avid student of art classes. There is so much to learn! I believe we can always be better tomorrow and, that tomorrow’s painting will include whatever we do today. I am a small-town Vermonter who embraces the four seasons, especially Fall and Winter, and, bring their attributes into my paintings. How fortunate can one be?
My artwork has been shown at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute in upstate New York, and, at the Backus Museum of Art and the Marsh Rabbit Gallery in Southeast Florida.
I would love to hear from you!!! … to chat together; to get to know one another; or, to just become another friend in your life.
I hope you will enjoy my artwork. But most of all…I hope you will pick up your own paint brush and express yourself so that others may see. I hope to be featured’ in your home soon!
